The Keeyask Hydropower Limited Partnership will own the Keeyask Generating Station. The partnership consists of the General Partner (5900345 Manitoba Ltd.), Manitoba Hydro and KCN investment entities. The General Partner is a wholly owned subsidiary of Manitoba Hydro and is responsible for managing the business of the partnership.
