Nelson River
The site is located on an east facing shoreline west of Caribou Island and south
Nelson River
of a narrow bay. The shoreline the site is located on is low and swampy and was
impacted by the forest fire of 2013. The site is characterized by a single piece of
Pre-European Contact ceramic recovered in 2015. Site visits occurred in 2015
and 2018.
