 Nelson River
        The site on the southern shoreline of Morris Point, northwest of Bryant’s Point

        and approximately 1.5 km south of the southwest point of Caribou Island. The

        shore has a slight incline leading to a vegetated terrace. Pre-European Contact
        lithic materials were recovered during the first visit to the site in 2004 with no
        further artifacts recovered in subsequent years. Site visits occurred in 2004,
        2012, 2016 and 2018.
