The site is located along the southwest shore of Box Bay on the south side of
the Nelson River. During the initial site visit a wooden pole tent frame was
located on a terrace, 10 m from the water’s edge. Lithic flakes and historic

artifacts were recovered from the site. Site visits occurred in 2004, 2012, 2015,

2016, 2018, and 2019.
