The site is located on the south shore of Gull Lake, west of Box Bay, on a

stretch of shore between Box Bay and a smaller bay. The shoreline was narrow
and composed of sand and small to medium cobbles with swampy patches of A
willow and alder. The back shore consisted of birch and spruce trees. Artifacts
recovered at the site were likely eroded from the embankment. Site visits
        occurred in 2004, 2012, 2016 and 2018.
